every seven to 10 years, we essentially become an entirely

Speaker:know, duplicating replacing itself. And they say, in adults,
Speaker:it takes seven to 10 years for every single cell in your body
Speaker:to have been replaced. So you're essentially an entirely
Speaker:different human being. Your stomach lining is replaced every
Speaker:four days.

Speaker:me podcast. I'm your host, Djemilah Birnie. And together,

Speaker:Good morning, good morning, or good afternoon, or good evening
Speaker:or whatever time of day, it happens to be for you tuning
Speaker:into this right now. Before we hop into today's episode, I just
Speaker:want to take a moment of gratitude and just appreciate
Speaker:this amazing place where I am right now. So it is like four
Speaker:o'clock in the morning, it is dark outside, I can see just the
Speaker:hint of the sun on the horizon. And I'm currently on vacation
Speaker:visiting my mom. And she has this amazing little house near
Speaker:the beach. And I can smell the sea in the air. And it's kind of
Speaker:like misty outside and mystical. And I'm just so so grateful. And
Speaker:I've had to take moment and say, oh, wow, look at our Earth.
Speaker:Isn't that incredible? So I am recording this episode, yes, at
Speaker:four o'clock in the morning, because I am on vacation, and my
Speaker:daughter is here with me. And so I had to do this for the rest of
Speaker:the house wakes up so I can actually sit down and record.
Speaker:Anyway, enough of that. So today's episode, we're gonna be
Speaker:talking about the four fundamentals of becoming the big
Speaker:me. These are the cornerstones of what this what this podcast
Speaker:is about what my coaching is about, and just what I believe
Speaker:the four fundamentals to my life have been, and the four
Speaker:fundamentals that I teach that I talked about. And those are
Speaker:mind, body, soul, and business. So let's dive right into the
Speaker:first one. The first fundamental of becoming the big me is
Speaker:learning to listen
Speaker:to your highest self.
Speaker:This has to relate with the mind. We all have all these
Speaker:different voices running around in our heads. You've probably
Speaker:heard that before, whenever you're trying to do
Speaker:anything new or exciting. Or
Speaker:maybe if there's a little bit of uncertainty going on. You'll
Speaker:hear all these millions of little voices telling you all of
Speaker:the reasons why you can't all of the reasons why it's impossible,
Speaker:all of the reasons why it's not for you all the reasons why
Speaker:maybe you're not Good enough for it. Now these little voices are
Speaker:not your highest self, these little voices, in fact, are not
Speaker:even you, their thoughts that have been ingrained in your
Speaker:head, over your lifetime, from well intentioned adults, family
Speaker:friends, just started retirement going up. These are little
Speaker:minions. So I, the way I describe it is like this. So we
Speaker:have one voice, that is our true self, one big voice, one high
Speaker:voice that is outside as a car driving by. So we have one big
Speaker:divine voice, our highest self, and then we have hundreds and
Speaker:1000s of little minion monster voices that are constantly like,
Speaker:you're not good enough, you're
Speaker:not good enough, you
Speaker:can't do that. Why should you do that?
Speaker:All of our limiting beliefs, all of our pre programmed limiting
Speaker:beliefs. A lot of this podcast and my teachings becoming the
Speaker:big mean, is about learning how to shut off those little minion
Speaker:voices. And to tune into that one high voice that your highest
Speaker:self, your big voice. Now the thing about this voice is when
Speaker:you have all of these other little voices, chipping in
Speaker:creating all of this noise and blocking your high self, it can
Speaker:be really, really hard to tune into, it can be really, really
Speaker:hard to hear because your highest self, it's not quite as
Speaker:loud as all of those other voices. It's just more
Speaker:consistent, it's kind of in the background, like, Hey, this is
Speaker:what I want you to do. And it's just trying. Just, it's just
Speaker:gonna be there consistently nudging you towards the right
Speaker:decision. And all of these other little minion monsters are just
Speaker:like begging for your attention, because they are not the truth.
Speaker:So they need to
Speaker:be
Speaker:incessant with you, to get you to believe that your big voice
Speaker:your highest voice, knows the truth, and knows what is. And so
Speaker:it doesn't feel the need to be going crazy in your mind. It's
Speaker:just has this one steady voice of your highest self. So this is
Speaker:the main the number one fundamental of becoming the big
Speaker:me. And this is the concept that actually inspired me to start
Speaker:this brand becoming the big me is stepping into your highest
Speaker:self learning to listen to that highest voice and cutting out
Speaker:all of those noise reprogramming your mind for success. We all
Speaker:have programs that have been instilled into our minds and so
Speaker:that is why it is the number one fundamental, becoming the big me
Speaker:because what all this one key piece without learning to
Speaker:control your mind without learning how to cut out the
Speaker:voices and cut out the noise. It makes all of the rest of the
Speaker:things really difficult. The second fundamental of becoming
Speaker:the big thing is raising your vibration from the inside out.
Speaker:So this relates to the body.
Speaker:We
Speaker:are powerful beings we are energetic beings. Every single
Speaker:cell holds energy every single thing holds energy. And if we
Speaker:want to have the life that we desire, if we want to attract
Speaker:into our lives, the things that we want, whether that be health,
Speaker:whether that be better relationships, whatever, whether
Speaker:that be, you know, a new job or, or material items, it really
Speaker:doesn't matter anything that you desire that you want. If you
Speaker:want to be able to attract it into your life, you have to
Speaker:learn how to raise your vibration. Because if you are
Speaker:just operating at a low vibration, via the law of
Speaker:attraction, low vibration things are going to attract themselves
Speaker:to you are going to be magnetized to
Speaker:you.
Speaker:So in order to step into our highest potential to become our
Speaker:best biggest self, we have to learn how to raise our vibration
Speaker:from the inside out. And this is one topic that I am very excited
Speaker:to dive into over this series with you guys because I have a
Speaker:lot of healers and really beautiful solopreneurs, who are
Speaker:very, very knowledgeable in the science behind this. I do not
Speaker:claim to be a scientist, I'm not a scientist, I just know what
Speaker:has worked for me. And I've talked to scientists. And I've
Speaker:also I listen to my intuition and what comes up through me,
Speaker:for me through meditation.
Speaker:And
Speaker:we know we have which meditation, by the way, is a
Speaker:really good way to help elevate your vibration, and to help
Speaker:elevate your mood, so that you can keep that high vibration,
Speaker:our our emotions are our strongest pulling sources. So if
Speaker:you're feeling happiness, and gratitude, gratitude and love
Speaker:are the purest, most highest forms of vibration. So if you
Speaker:notice, On this episode, I'm wanting to start with gratitude,
Speaker:to tune myself into the highest frequency. And to be able to
Speaker:just start out at a high vibration also, because it is
Speaker:four o'clock in the morning, I just woke up, I really like to
Speaker:start every single day with gratitude because it sets the
Speaker:tone for the day. side, little fun fact, the first five minutes
Speaker:after you wake up, and the last five minutes before you go to
Speaker:sleep. It's like this magical gateway period, to your
Speaker:subconscious mind, your conscious mind and your ego,
Speaker:which likes to get in the way is not fully awake at this moment.
Speaker:So you're able to push your thoughts more directly into your
Speaker:subconscious mind, which is very, very beneficial for
Speaker:reprogramming. And if you know anything about nlp, nlp, is all
Speaker:about reprogramming. And that's something that I have dove into
Speaker:quite a bit from after I started discovering this quantum field
Speaker:and the importance of our language on our bodies,
Speaker:physiology as well. So all the fundamentals really tie in
Speaker:together so the mind our thoughts is going to tie into
Speaker:our body and our body's physiology. So part of raising
Speaker:your vibration from the inside out. I don't know if you have
Speaker:seen or not. It's very popular, at least at this point. Most
Speaker:people have seen it seen it but the emoto water experience so
Speaker:that there was this experiment done by Mazda Rui Moto, I don't
Speaker:know if I said his first name, right? Don't you know, don't get
Speaker:mad at me or anything like that. But basically, what he said is
Speaker:that water can react to positive thoughts and words that polluted
Speaker:water can be cleared of pollution through prayer and
Speaker:visualization. And what he did is he tested water he spoke like
Speaker:beautiful loving words like I love you and thank you and your
Speaker:beautiful two water droplets. And then he spoke angry words
Speaker:like I hate you and I don't you know just like angry words
Speaker:towards these water droplets. And what he did was he froze
Speaker:them. The water droplets where he spoke kindly to they froze in
Speaker:just this beautiful crystal. You know you Trickett beautiful
Speaker:formations, and then the water that he spoke these low
Speaker:vibration words to, they froze all like, erratic and crazy and
Speaker:just like
Speaker:messed up.
Speaker:Now I really if you have not seen this for yourself, you need
Speaker:to go look it up right now. So his name it. So if you just look
Speaker:up the emoto water experiment, you will see and it will blow
Speaker:your mind if you have not already dove into that
Speaker:experiment. That's one. That is one of the key things that has
Speaker:changed my view on reality. And our my view on thoughts and the
Speaker:power of our words was a mode of water experiment.
Speaker:So
Speaker:we are 50 to 65%. Water. So if water is reacting this way to
Speaker:words, if water is doing all these crazy things, just through
Speaker:thoughts, what is our body's doing? What is happening inside
Speaker:of us? Can you imagine what your body would look like if you just
Speaker:poke
Speaker:kind words
Speaker:to it, if you spoke love to your body and you gave it good
Speaker:thoughts, and instead of looking in the mirror, and picking
Speaker:yourself apart for all the things that you want to change,
Speaker:instead, you celebrated what you love about yourself. Instead,
Speaker:you're celebrated how incredible your body is that you have these
Speaker:legs that allowed you to move and get up and you have these
Speaker:arms that allow you to pick things up and move through the
Speaker:world. Like how incredible is it, let's start looking into the
Speaker:functions of our body and how much is going on inside. without
Speaker:us having to consciously think about anything, your mind will
Speaker:be blown. The other thing about raising our vibration from the
Speaker:inside out. Our DNA literally changes from our thoughts. So
Speaker:there is this thing called I don't know how to pronounce this
Speaker:as well, I'm not a scientist, but there's this thing called
Speaker:talmer Helmers or tell Murray or something like that. And it what
Speaker:it is, is it's this at the end of your DNA. Like it's like a
Speaker:cap at the end of your DNA. And this is one of the things that
Speaker:they measure to see how healthy your DNA is. And they have done
Speaker:experiments that show that people who meditate and practice
Speaker:mindfulness have a higher percentage of these testimonies.
Speaker:And what this does is it helps your DNA from basically like
Speaker:decomposing and unraveling over the time of your lifetime. The
Speaker:way that it's described is like, you know, how your shoelaces
Speaker:have that little end on the like the little plastic n tip thing
Speaker:that kind of helps your shoelace from fraying. That's how it's
Speaker:described. So basically, it holds the rest of your DNA to
Speaker:gather. And it can over time it can start to decompose and come
Speaker:apart from cortisol and stress hormones and that is going to
Speaker:affect our DNA as well. But they studied that if people who
Speaker:practice mindfulness meditation have
Speaker:higher
Speaker:percentages of tomorrow's which also helps them stay healthier.
Speaker:So if our DNA can literally change from our thoughts, if
Speaker:water can literally change from human consciousness,
Speaker:and we are made of half water I can you even just
Speaker:imagine for a second how powerful your mind is. Your mind
Speaker:can literally recreate yourself from the inside out. This is
Speaker:science. This is not woo woo, hippie shit. This is literal
Speaker:science. Our bodies are affected by our thoughts. Our DNA is
Speaker:affected by human consciousness, water can be affected
Speaker:through our thoughts.
Speaker:Of that doesn't blow your mind. Every seven to 10 years. We
Speaker:essentially Become an entirely different person. Each cell in
Speaker:your body is constantly, you know, duplicating replacing
Speaker:itself. And they say, in adults, it takes seven to 10 years for

Speaker:cell in your body to have been replaced. So you're essentially
Speaker:an entirely different human being. Your stomach lining is

Speaker:Yes. Now, if you're into gut health, you can know how

Speaker:with high vibrational, stronger DNA, with building it up with

Speaker:different person in seven years from today, if you change your
Speaker:thoughts, if you if you add in 10 minutes of mindfulness
Speaker:meditation every single day, and that's it, you will be an
Speaker:entirely different human being in seven years. Now imagine if
Speaker:you add in mindfulness meditation, you also start give
Speaker:me praising your body and praising yourselves so that the
Speaker:water inside you is charged up. And then you also start feeding
Speaker:yourself higher vibrational foods. Could you even imagine
Speaker:the person that you would be that is your best self, that is
Speaker:the person that we are meant to be? That is a powerful being
Speaker:that is unstoppable. And that is why the second fundamental of
Speaker:becoming the big me is our body is raising our vibration from
Speaker:the inside out. The third fundamental is aligning your
Speaker:emotions, energy and purpose, to become the person who you are
Speaker:meant to be. This relates to our soul, our soul purpose, you
Speaker:might have heard me say soul printer, this is chasing our
Speaker:purpose or what our soul wants. This is falling back in love
Speaker:with yourself falling back in love with the person who you are
Speaker:at the core without the noise without all of the thoughts that
Speaker:other people have put into your head. This is a peer you and
Speaker:recognizing how incredible you are, and allowing yourself to be
Speaker:important enough to follow the desires of your soul. Now let me
Speaker:repeat that again. It is allowing yourself to be
Speaker:important enough to follow the desires of your soul. So often
Speaker:we live for everybody else. We live for approval we live for
Speaker:what others will say about us, or how what others might think
Speaker:about us or how we will affect other people. When at the core,
Speaker:you need to think about your soul and your purpose and your
Speaker:self and your being. aligning your emotions energy and purpose
Speaker:to become the person you are meant to be. So how do you do
Speaker:that? One, taking care of your soul is cutting out people who
Speaker:cause negative emotions in your life. Energy or energy vampires,
Speaker:people who come in and suck the energy away from you.
Speaker:It's also
Speaker:diving into yourself and discovering why you're here what
Speaker:you want, what is your sole purpose and then chasing it.
Speaker:It's living authentically and being who you are without fear
Speaker:of judgment, without care of judgment, because you know who
Speaker:you are. Our souls came here I believe. This is my personal
Speaker:belief that I believe our souls chose to come onto the earthly
Speaker:planet. I believe our souls chose to enter into this flesh,
Speaker:body and live The human experience. So part of part of
Speaker:the soul fundamental, is staying grounded on this planet and
Speaker:allowing ourself to have human desires. Sometimes in the
Speaker:spirituality world, it can get, too, in my opinion, it can get
Speaker:too mixed up on spirit, it can get too mixed up on soul, so
Speaker:much so that you, you find these people who are walking around,
Speaker:and they're completely in an entirely different world. And
Speaker:that's, that's fine, because they have found a complete place
Speaker:of bliss. But for me, I believe that our souls came to
Speaker:experience this human body. And that is why I'm here in this
Speaker:human body. So part of fulfilling my soul and aligning
Speaker:myself with my soul's desires and purpose is to allow myself
Speaker:to have desires of the the human human desires, it's allowing
Speaker:myself to have, you know, I have goals that maybe are not
Speaker:spiritual. But I can also have spiritual goals. So that's all
Speaker:about, you know, our soul and aligning ourselves and really it
Speaker:you know, it ties into the body, it ties into the mind, all of
Speaker:these things are not separate, they are all intertwined, but
Speaker:also important. Then the fourth and final fundamental
Speaker:of becoming the big mean is, whether you're an entrepreneur,
Speaker:or an intrapreneur, an intrapreneur, is, you know,
Speaker:someone working in a corporate Corporation and entrepreneur or
Speaker:someone working for themselves, or solopreneur.
Speaker:Showing up to serve
Speaker:in your, in your workplace in your business. So the fourth
Speaker:fundamental is related to business. And this is one that
Speaker:has always been very important to me. You know, as, as a
Speaker:business owner, as an entrepreneur, this has always
Speaker:been a huge part of my life. And especially now, as a coach, I'm,
Speaker:like, help lots of other entrepreneurs and solopreneurs,
Speaker:find, you know, who it is that they're supposed to serve. So
Speaker:the thing about this one, the thing about the fourth
Speaker:fundamental is you have to align all of the first three
Speaker:fundamentals first. This is important, because in order to
Speaker:have the
Speaker:impact,
Speaker:that you desire, in order to be able to serve people in the best
Speaker:possible way, you have to have, you know, some level of your
Speaker:mind under control, you have to be able to already be listening
Speaker:to that big voice, that's telling you that it desires you
Speaker:know, what it desires from you, and you have to listen to that,
Speaker:to be able to show up in your business. And you have to take
Speaker:the guidance from your being voice, you also, if you want to
Speaker:be able to attract the right people into your business, you
Speaker:have to work on raising your vibration, we got to work on
Speaker:your
Speaker:body and,
Speaker:and being healthy and allowing yourself to take care of you.
Speaker:Because if you are in a business, if you are an
Speaker:employee, it does not matter. If you don't take care of your mind
Speaker:and body and your soul, you're not going to be a very good
Speaker:worker, you're not going to be excited to show up, you're not
Speaker:going to be excited to serve people because you're not going
Speaker:to have your basic fundamentals down. Now, if you truly want to
Speaker:expand your impact if you truly want to change the world, if you
Speaker:want to change the way you know certain things are done in your
Speaker:industry, in order to be able to have the power, the strength,
Speaker:the excitement,
Speaker:to attract the
Speaker:things into your life that will allow you to make this
Speaker:difference and to make this change. You have to work on all
Speaker:other three. And so really,
Speaker:the business part of this
Speaker:is Yeah, I will talk about you know tactical business strategy,
Speaker:because that is something that I love to talk about. I mean I've
Speaker:been building businesses now for the past seven years. And it is
Speaker:something that I absolutely love, and I'm very good at it
Speaker:doesn't really matter on the industry because I Like the
Speaker:fundamental tactical strategy is all very similar. So anyways, I
Speaker:digress. But it, it doesn't mean you're gonna have as much
Speaker:tactical strategy as you want. And if you don't have your
Speaker:purpose aligned and your vision aligned, the tactical strategy
Speaker:and almost doesn't even matter. I was listening to someone and
Speaker:they were saying, I'm sorry, I would quote who it is, but I
Speaker:don't remember who it is. And they were saying it's 80%
Speaker:mindset 20% strategy
Speaker:20%. That's it.
Speaker:You're smart person.
Speaker:You're smart individual.
Speaker:I know. Parents are like, oh, going crazy. Holy crap. Okay,
Speaker:sorry. Oh, our world look at them. They're fighting in the
Speaker:sky there.
Speaker:There are birds literally fighting in the sky above me
Speaker:right now is what? Okay?
Speaker:So, so that 80% mindset 20% tactical strategy.
Speaker:Basically, what I'm telling you,
Speaker:is your strategy is important. But that's probably not the
Speaker:thing that's holding you up, it's probably not the thing that
Speaker:is, you know, stalling you and your business, it's probably a
Speaker:mindset thing, it's probably one of the first three
Speaker:fundamentals.
Speaker:So we will talk a little bit of about business in here. And, you
Speaker:know, aligning your sole purpose into your workplace is extremely
Speaker:important for lifetime fulfillment, in my opinion, and
Speaker:that is why it's on here. But it's, it's like the side No,
Speaker:like, it's not like the main, it's not the main show, it's
Speaker:just like the, you know, the little side act after the show,
Speaker:because
Speaker:you have to get
Speaker:the first three, you have to align your mind, body and soul
Speaker:into your purpose and, and, and gain control over the minions
Speaker:and the noise in your head, and learn to reprogram and, and
Speaker:learn to see what your limiting beliefs are. Because so many of
Speaker:us have limiting beliefs around money, that it makes us
Speaker:extremely hard for us to be successful in our business
Speaker:because we're subconsciously sabotaging ourselves. And the
Speaker:thing is that I'm just gonna say right now,
Speaker:the more money you have,
Speaker:the more lives you can change, the wider your impact is. And,
Speaker:you know, money has always been a limiting belief of mine, just
Speaker:because of my childhood and growing up and I witnessed, you
Speaker:know, people living in a bar of a poverty state, and then, you
Speaker:know, people living in a higher income state on two different
Speaker:sides of my family and the side that was living in more of the
Speaker:Barberini state was always so much more happier. And then the
Speaker:side that was living in the wealthier state was always
Speaker:miserable. So I, instantly from a very small age, I picked up
Speaker:this limiting belief that money was a bad thing. And in our
Speaker:society today, so many people have that limiting belief. And
Speaker:it's one of the biggest things that I work on with different
Speaker:business owners. But you need to crush that. Because if you make
Speaker:more money in your business, if you can attract more money into
Speaker:your business, that means you're changing more people's lives.
Speaker:And now you have more capital to actually be able to go out and
Speaker:impact and change more lives. Money is neutral. It's all about
Speaker:the person behind it.
Speaker:So
Speaker:those are the four fundamentals of becoming the big name. It's
Speaker:mind, body, soul,
