if without overspending or without doing things that is

going to stress your financial situation more. Hello, fellow

Earthlings. Welcome to the becoming the big me podcast. I'm

your host, Djemilah, Birnie. And together, we will be stepping

further ado, let's dive right into it. Stepping into the

frequency of

Speaker:

abundance,

Speaker:

everything in this universe has a frequency has a vibration, as

Speaker:

the law of vibration states, the law number four in the 12

Speaker:

universal laws as the law of vibration states, everything is

Speaker:

a vibration, physical things emotion, thoughts and actions

Speaker:

all have a vibration that can actually be measured, and has

Speaker:

been measured by scientists. Think about this. Physics shows

Speaker:

us that literally every single thing has a vibration. All atoms

Speaker:

are vibrating constantly together. A single atom an atom

Speaker:

is what makes up this table right here. An atom is what

Speaker:

makes up me an atom is what makes up this phone right here.

Speaker:

A bunch of atoms create all physical things. And atom is 99%

Speaker:

empty space. What determines what shape it forms, what

Speaker:

determines what the atom is, is how it's vibrating together.

Speaker:

This table is a bunch of little tiny atoms vibrating at a

Speaker:

microscopic scale to create this

Speaker:

table.

Speaker:

So what that means

Speaker:

is,

Speaker:

every single thing is energy, every single thing is a

Speaker:

vibration. And you can either be aligned with that frequency, or

Speaker:

you can be not aligned with that frequency. So how are you going

Speaker:

to step into the frequency of abundance? How are you going to

Speaker:

get your thoughts, emotions and actions vibrating at the

Speaker:

frequency of abundance? One of the most important things and

Speaker:

that is gratitude. Gratitude is one of the highest vibrational

Speaker:

emotions that you can experience and the more gratitude that you

Speaker:

feel in your life, the more you're going to raise your

Speaker:

internal vibration so that you can be aligned with the

Speaker:

frequency of your desires. Another great way to begin to

Speaker:

align yourself with the frequency of abundance is to act

Speaker:

as if How would you behave? If you already had everything that

Speaker:

you wanted? How would you act? If you already had all the money

Speaker:

that you could ever want in this world? Would you stress about

Speaker:

money? Would you worry about trivial things? I don't believe

Speaker:

that you would know one problem that I see all the time when

Speaker:

people are acting as if is over spending. So you want to act as

Speaker:

if without overspending or without doing things that is

Speaker:

going to stress your financial situation more. So this is why

Speaker:

in Your homework I had you write down all of the things that make

Speaker:

you feel abundant? Or what are things that you can do that make

Speaker:

you feel abundant without spending a dime? Somebody who

Speaker:

has all the money in the world? How do they go about their day?

Speaker:

Do they take care of themselves? Do they? Are they excited for

Speaker:

life when you're acting as if, and you want to act as if

Speaker:

without overspending? The thing that you need to focus on is the

Speaker:

emotion, what is the emotion that you will feel? What is the

Speaker:

emotion that you will feel once you have all of your desires?

Speaker:

Let me give you an example. One thing that I know that I will

Speaker:

have, once I have created a massive Empire is an amazing

Speaker:

bathroom. I love bathrooms. I love saunas. I love steam rooms

Speaker:

and steam showers. I just love them. And I know that my future

Speaker:

home is going to have those in it. So one thing that I do to

Speaker:

act as if, even though I'm not yet at the stage where I can buy

Speaker:

a custom home and put in this incredible bathroom with this

Speaker:

incredible steam room with this incredible sauna. I am not yet

Speaker:

there. But I do have a gym membership. And my gym has a

Speaker:

very incredible bathroom and it has a sauna, and it has a steam

Speaker:

room. So how I act as if without overspending is when I go into

Speaker:

the bathroom of my gym. I pretend like it is mine. I

Speaker:

pretend like that sauna is mine. When I'm sitting in that sauna.

Speaker:

I am soaking in the smell of the cedar, the feeling that I feel

Speaker:

when I'm in there, I have my eyes close and I am picturing

Speaker:

this. In my dream home, I am imagining that I am in my future

Speaker:

home.

Speaker:

Right now. I'm feeling grateful for what I have for what I have

Speaker:

been able to create in my life. That is one of the ways that I

Speaker:

act as if without spending money that I don't have. A lot of

Speaker:

times in this space, I see people going out and spending

Speaker:

money that they don't necessarily have overspending

Speaker:

buying cars that are outside of their budget buying, you know,

Speaker:

purses and shoes that are outside of their budget, and

Speaker:

they're saying, Oh, I'm acting as if because my highest self,

Speaker:

my abundant self, she has Louis Vuitton purses, she has, you

Speaker:

know, all of these really expensive high end things. The

Speaker:

problem. The problem with this is, you aren't actually there

Speaker:

yet. So what happens when you go out and overspend you later on

Speaker:

are filled with guilt. You feel like you did something wrong.

Speaker:

You're there's not the excitement that you initially

Speaker:

had. When you swipe that card, all of a sudden you freeze up

Speaker:

and you feel really nervous. That's the problem with trying

Speaker:

to act as if and when it comes to actually spending money. It

Speaker:

doesn't mean go out and spend money you don't have it doesn't

Speaker:

mean go out and max out all of your credit cards and take all

Speaker:

these vacations that you can't afford because the highest

Speaker:

vibrational self would be doing those vacations. Does that make

Speaker:

sense to you? So what can you to act do to act as this without

Speaker:

overspending for me and my highest vibrational self, she

Speaker:

takes impeccable care of her health. She has a personal cook,

Speaker:

she has someone to help me with all of those things. So yeah, I

Speaker:

don't have a personal chef right now. How can I act as if I was

Speaker:

that person. So what I do is meal planning, meal planning,

Speaker:

planning out my meals, meal prepping. That is the step that

Speaker:

I can take at this moment to be healthy and to act as if I

Speaker:

am in this state.

Speaker:

Maybe you know, I am still having to cook it but I'm

Speaker:

treating my health as if it is a priority. Another thing that I

Speaker:

do is my highest vibrational my most abundant self. She has a

Speaker:

clean lady who comes, I don't have a cleaning lady that comes.

Speaker:

I'm not at the point yet where I can have a cleaning lady come

Speaker:

every single night and clean my house. But what I do know is

Speaker:

that my highest vibrational self, my most abundant self, she

Speaker:

does have a cleaning lady that comes every single night and

Speaker:

cleans my house. So if I have a cleaning lady that comes every

Speaker:

single night to clean my house, does that mean I wake up in the

Speaker:

morning to a clean house or a dirty house, I wake up in the

Speaker:

morning to a clean house. So what I do is every night I clean

Speaker:

my house, I am right now that cleaning lady. But the reason

Speaker:

why I do that is so that when I wake up in the morning, I can

Speaker:

walk in to a clean house where I feel like my most abundant self,

Speaker:

because my most abundant self wakes up every single day to a

Speaker:

clean house. And then in the mornings, I use that as part of

Speaker:

my visualization. And I have the physical evidence around me

Speaker:

because my house is clean. I don't bring up the fact that I'm

Speaker:

the one that cleaned it. But I'm like, Oh my goodness, thank you

Speaker:

so much universe, Wow, my house is so sparkly. It's so clean, it

Speaker:

makes me feel so abundant, and makes me feel so

Speaker:

good.

Speaker:

So there are so many different ways that you can act as if you

Speaker:

are already in that state in your dream desired state.

Speaker:

without spending money, you just have to get creative. When you

Speaker:

act as if you begin to bridge the gap between your mental

Speaker:

picture and the physical reality. We all have a mental

Speaker:

picture of what it is that we want in our life. We have

Speaker:

dreams, we have goals. So how do we get those dreams and those

Speaker:

goals to start coming towards us into the physical realm to get

Speaker:

it outside of our head? Well, the answer is aligning your

Speaker:

vibration

Speaker:

with it.

Speaker:

The easiest way to align your vibration with something is to

Speaker:

act as if you already have it. When you're doing these things

Speaker:

to act as if you already have it your subconscious mind is going

Speaker:

to think that you already have it because your subconscious

Speaker:

mind can't actually tell the difference between reality in

Speaker:

your thoughts. So your thoughts are reality reality or your

Speaker:

thoughts, they're the same, it can't tell the difference. So if

Speaker:

you are in a state, acting as if you are already this highest

Speaker:

vibrational self acting as if you are already this financially

Speaker:

abundant self, your subconscious mind is going to start pulling

Speaker:

out all of the ways that you can bring more abundance and more

Speaker:

into your life. So we have this part of our brain, it is called

Speaker:

the reticular activating system, the RA s. What this does is it

Speaker:

filters things front that we are subconsciously picking up into

Speaker:

our conscious mind, we are having billions of bits of

Speaker:

information entering our subconscious mind, every single

Speaker:

moment your RS is going to decide what 126 bits of that

Speaker:

information is going to actually reach your conscious awareness.

Speaker:

So when you are intentionally changing your beliefs, when

Speaker:

you're intentionally doing the work inside of you to change

Speaker:

what you believe to be true to change what is important to you,

Speaker:

when you begin to act as if you are slowly changing your

Speaker:

reticular activating system to point out all of the ways that

Speaker:

you are abundant all of the ways that opportunity and abundance

Speaker:

is coming into your life. When you when you are when you're

Speaker:

pregnant or when I was pregnant anyways, all of a sudden,

Speaker:

everyone was pregnant. All I noticed was pregnant people

Speaker:

everywhere. Why is that? Because now all of a sudden pregnancy is

Speaker:

important to me. So my reticular activating system is going to

Speaker:

pick out every single pregnant person that ever existed where

Speaker:

before I was pregnant. Pregnancy wasn't important to me, and I

Speaker:

didn't notice it anywhere. I never saw pregnant people,

Speaker:

because that wasn't something that was important to me at that

Speaker:

moment. So you need to change your frequency you need to

Speaker:

change what is important to you so that your reticular

Speaker:

activating system will find more ways to show it to you. So what

Speaker:

are you doing to step into the frequency of abundance. You can

Speaker:

do small things every single day to step into that frequency. Sea

Speaker:

of abundance. drink your water take care of your health. Be

Speaker:

thankful those are the best ways that you can step into the

Speaker:

frequency of abundance.
